Q: Tell us about Papi Portland.
A: Papi is special. It’s not just a restaurant and bar. It’s a peak into another time and place run by people who have a cultural pride that you don’t often see or feel.
Q: When did it open? Why downtown Portland?
A: Papi opened this past March in the space that was formerly Lululemon. We just think lower Exchange is so special. It’s the heart of the Old Port. So many wonderful neighbors.
Q: In your opinion, what’s the menu highlight?
A: Grab a cocktail and an empanada. You won’t be disappointed.
Q: What’s the absolute best thing about Papi Portland?
A: The Vibe. You gotta see it for yourself.
