Events Committee: This committee plans, develops, and implements Portland Downtown’s major community events including Light Up Your Holidays, and Downtown Worker Appreciation Day. Meets bimonthly on the 4th Thursday from 9:30am-10:30am.

Downtown Experience (formerly Clean & Safe) Committee: This committee is responsible for overseeing the “Clean & Safe” mission of Portland Downtown. It also works to ensure that the terms agreed upon in the Supplemental Services agreement with the City are fulfilled. Meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday from 1:00pm-2:00pm. 2022 meeting dates:

We also host a series of ad hoc task forces when the occasion arises. Currently, we have a Public Restrooms Task Force and a Space Activation Team that meets regularly, though the meetings are often on irregular dates/times.
