These horizontal movements focus on your core and upper back muscles, using gravity in a whole new way. Benefits include improving your core strength, hip mobility, extension, coordination, turnout, and more.
You don’t need to lose or gain weight. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to be ready to learn something new in a warm and supportive online environment!
This class welcomes adults of all genders, all ages, all body types, and all abilities. You don’t need to have any ballet experience.
Experienced dancers will find a new challenge in familiar movements thanks to a new orientation to gravity.
All registered students will receive the class recordings, available till a week after the session ends, so you can join live online OR make your own schedule!
Comfortable yoga/exercise clothes are perfect, along with socks or ballet shoes to allow your heels to slide. A yoga mat or similar is recommended.
