Experience the 2025 Portland Winter City Lights program, where the magic of winter brightens our downtown! Portland Downtown proudly funds many stunning installations throughout the district, with all light displays designed by visionary artist Pandora LaCasse.
As you stroll through downtown to enjoy the lights, take the opportunity to shop with the beautiful holiday window displays. It’s the perfect way to support local businesses while soaking in the festive atmosphere!
Program Highlights
For over 25 years, Portland’s winter lights program has illuminated Congress Street, Commercial Street, and iconic downtown parks including Longfellow Square, Tommy’s Park, Boothby Square, Lincoln Park, Pleasant Street Park, and Congress Square Park. These stunning displays feature colorful lights and illuminated sculptures designed by Pandora LaCasse and other contributing artists.
Duration
The lights brighten downtown from late November through March, creating a festive atmosphere that delights residents and visitors alike.
