Floor Barre is a low-impact ballet class — done entirely seated and lying down!
(Note: This is not a barre fitness class.)
You don’t need any ballet experience. Total beginners are welcomed and encouraged.
Experienced dancers will find new challenges in this class, as gravity has a very different effect when these familiar movements are done horizontally!
In this class, we pay close attention to spinal and pelvic alignment, targeted muscle engagement, and full-body support. We finish each class with a guided stretch to release
