Curators Choice A Group Exhibition Of Visual Art
Stop in Richard Boyd Art Gallery in September and relax while viewing a presentation of beautifully detailed paintings in a range of styles that touched my soul and made me stop and think about what inspired the artist to create the work.
The exhibit offers a selection of paintings that make you pause to take in their beauty or contemplate the underling meaning behind the work. The paintings, created from the heart and soul of the artist, draw you into a moment in time when an event or scene inspired the artist to create. Was it light, mood, color, an emotion, event, or something else? Whatever the inspiration, these are paintings that remain relevant through the years.
On exhibit are a select offering of paintings by Deena S. Ball – watercolor, CR Bryant – oil, Patricia Chandler – oil and cold wax medium, Randy Eckard – watercolor, Richard Eyster – watercolor, Jane Herbert – acrylic, Kristin Horton – oil, and HM Saffer II – oil.
The exhibition is on view free of charge from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily from September 1st through September 29th, 2023.
