The Tate House Museum is hosting a Colonial Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 16 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM with Christmas-themed interpretations of Tate House from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. NEW this year, music played on a beautiful historic reproduction harpsichord by Dr. Christina Scott Edelen, an expert in harpsichord history and music. Twelfth Night celebrations will be described and some of these goodies will be shared with visitors during a reception from 3:00 – 4:00 PM in our Visitors Center, the Means House at 1267 Westbrook Street, Portland.
