The second annual Carnaval ME Winter Festival is the place to be this February. Maine is truly a state for all seasons, and this 10-day party on Portland’s Eastern Prom is proof. Award-winning Bites and Brews in our Visit Maine Igloo, LIVE music and entertainment on our Norway Savings Bank Snow Stage, live ice sculpture carving, a Sunday River Rail Jam partnered with Nautilus Solar, and that’s just the beginning! Games, activities, food trucks and more — join us for a celebration that everyone will enjoy!
