    This class is designed for adults who are familiar with the foundations of ballet.

    (Yes, it’s absolutely OK if it’s been a long time since you’ve danced!)

    In each session, our barre and centre movements will be inspired by a different classic ballet. With careful and deliberate attention to detail, placement, and safety, this class enables you to follow your ballet passion, no matter your age!
