Practice Play! Learn to base and fly basic Acro poses using the correct techniques, you’ll practice getting comfortable finding balance and being upside down.

Not only does Acro yoga help to build physical strength and mobility but it also builds trust, empathy, and forms healthy relationships by becoming increasingly aware of our partners resistance, trust and needs by practicing clear communication. In this class we will go over basic calibration with a partner, start to learn the fundamental beginner flows and maybe even more as Acro Yoga is hobby you can start to build off of forever 🤸🏻‍♂️💫
No experience is needed, all levels are welcomed to come! Come with or without a partner!
