Class Descriptions:
STRENGTH & MOBILITY: Group Fitness Class Stretching, mobility, mindfulness, and a spicy feel good full body HIIT circuit making you feel present, STRONG, and confident in YOU! Let’s go team! Exercises will be using own bodyweight and resistance bands.
YOGA FLOW: All levels Yoga Flow to feel centered & grounded as you connect breath with movement, letting your creativity flow. Each class will have a different theme.
