SUMMARY:Wuji Hundun Qigong Workshop #2!
DESCRIPTION:Open to all levels and great for beginners!\n\n(You do not n
 eed to attend part 1 to attend part 2.)\n\nIn part two\, we will cover t
 he remaining forms not covered in part one of the 18-form Wuji Hundun Qi
 gong system. This qigong is a comprehensive workout involving deep\, dia
 phragmatic breathing combined with extensive stretching to facilitate he
 althy Qi flow and robust "wei Qi". Learning the essential movements is n
 ot complicated due\, in part\, to the symmetric nature of the system. As
  the movements become increasingly familiar\, engrained and embodied\, t
 he forms become very alive\, reflecting the dynamics found throughout na
 ture. While accessible &amp\; easy to learn the basic movements\, the Wu
 ji Hundun system evolves into a fluid\, spontaneous\, and infinitely cre
 ative whole body workout. With practice\, students access a deeper union
  with qi\, nature\, and pathways of energetic movement. By offering this
  workshop I hope to share with others this undeniably potent qigong that
  has tremendously influenced my understanding of energy cultivation and 
 self healing. I had the privilege of working directly with Master Duan o
 n several occasions between 2001-2003 and in-depth training with Frances
 co Garripolli\, a dedicated senior student of Master Duan. I believe dee
 ply in this qigong as a very real pathway towards self evolution and tra
 nsformation.
