  Semi-Sweet Mead&nbsp\; paired with Silvery Moon's&nbsp\;Fore River Tomm
 e\, named for the river running through Portland\, which is aged and was
 hed several times with HoneyMaker's Semi Sweet Mead.\nThe second pairing
  is Silvery Moon's&nbsp\;French Herbed Cheddar&nbsp\;Curds.&nbsp\; This 
 will be paired with HoneyMaker Lavender Mead.&nbsp\; The olive oil\, par
 sley\, basil\, rosemary\, and other spices will accentuate the lavender
