  open to the public. Neighboring businesses will be offering different e
 vents throughout the day. Take a stroll around the East Bayside neighbor
 hood of Portland and support the local community.\n\nFeatured artists an
 d groups include: Anna O'Sullivan and Doug von Werssowetz\, The Peregrin
 e Press\, Jamie Wing\, Pickwick Independent Press\, Lucy Ericson and par
 tner Nate\, Norajean Ferris\, MECA\, and an RWS members’ block.\n\nPar
