 le for guiding patients through the admissions process by screening pati
 ents for insurance eligibility\, preparing patient information for clini
 cal staff\, and answering patient questions.\n\nThe Access Representativ
 e pre-registers\, pre-admits\, and admits patients by telephone and/or i
 n person. In this role\, you will:\n\n·Be responsible for efficient and
  accurate collection of demographic and insurance information for regist
 ration of patients of all ages\n\n·Review and interpret patient insuran
 ce benefit coverages\n\n·Obtain prior authorizations\n\n·Provide finan
 cial estimates and collect applicable patient financial liability\n\n·P
 ositively affect the patient’s experience\n\n·Make patients and famil
 ies aware of hospital policies and procedures\n\n·Speak with patients\,
  families\, physicians/office personnel and others to maintain sound com
