 rts\, lesson\, and play-a-long events.\n\nMake Music Portland is a day-l
 ong\, totally free musical event\, aimed at bringing local performers in
 to the spotlight. Along with hundreds of cities around the world\, every
  year on June 21 we ring in the longest day of the year with music and a
 rtistry. We fill some of Portland's most iconic parks including Congress
  Square Park\, Post Office Park\, and Monument Square\, restaurants\, ba
 ckyards\, and private spaces with dozens of performances\, ranging in st
 yle and genres.\n\nThis is a free event. There are no costs to attend an
 y performance\, or to come join us making music. In addition\, there wil
 l be free community events such as harmonica lessons\, djembe circles\, 
 bucket drumming\, ukulele lessons\, and more.
