 – there has been talk in the last decade by the federal government of 
 the need for a widespread investment in America. The recently enacted In
 frastructure Investment and Jobs Act addresses the need to rebuild roads
 \, bridges\, water/wastewater \, critical housing and support and expand
  overall connectivity – be it physically related to transportation as 
 well as broadband access. The roughly $1.2 trillion bill contains an est
 imated $550 billion in new spending above baseline levels. This spending
  touches every sector of infrastructure\, from transportation and water 
 to energy\, broadband\, and the resilience and rehabilitation of our nat
