 liveau and Harold Pachios for their dedicated contributions to Maine\, a

 ver the past 50 years. Severin and Harold grew up in Franco and Greek Ma
 ine families when discrimination against immigrants\, Catholics\, and ot
 her ethnic groups was rampant. Their hard work and personal examples hel
 ped open doors to broad civic participation in Maine by immigrants and d
 iverse communities.\n\nThis special evening will celebrate the storied M
 aine roots of Severin and Harold\, their establishment of Preti Flaherty
  as one of the state’s most prominent law firms\, and their advocacy f
 or Maine people in local and national politics. The program will also in
 troduce an emerging generation of new Mainers who follow in their footst
