Her unique perspective as a member of th e LGBT community and former Republican gives her targets on both sides o f the aisle. In other words\, she pisses off all the right people.\n\nMa rie has performed at comedy festivals\, fundraisers\, LGBTQ events\, and political events including the Trump Roast in DC with Kathy Griffin.\n\ nOutside of Standup\, Marie has made several TV appearances and once pla yed a doctor in a corporate video for Ocean Spray (not bad for someone w ho got a C+ in high school Chemistry class). She has also amassed a dedi cated following as the hugely popular @thistallawkgirl on Twitter.\n\nLl oyd Legacy Sharp is both a pillar and cornerstone of the Boston comedy c ommunity. Using a combination of finely tuned material and sheer likabil ity\, his unique perspective is a hit with audiences from the Cape to Ma ine and back again. A constant presence at venues everywhere\, Lloyd mak es every show funner\, friendlier\, and\, most importantly\, funnier.\n\ nIan was a contestant in The River Comic's Maine's Wicked Funny Laugh Of f Contest 2021\, finalist in Maine Event Comedy's Tightest Five Competit ion\, performed at the Bricks &\; Bridges Comedy Fest 2021\, semi-fin alist in New England's Funniest Comedian Competition 2021\, and was a re gular performer at Empire Comedy Club\, including the Make ME Laugh game show. Independently\, he produces weekly comedy at Stroudwater Distille ry\, Thompsons Point\, Portland\, ME\, and a monthly comedy show at Litt le Dog Coffee Shop in Brunswick\, ME. Ian is the newest member of The Ri ver Comics\, Comedy Productions.\n\nA recent BBC article noted that men are scientifically funnier than women. That is why Leah Douglass is choo sing to be linguistically funnier than men. She has been wowing Portland crowds with her wordy wit for 5 years.\n\nMike Gray is living proof tha t a horrible childhood can be turned around into an equally horrible adu lthood. He is a Portland\, ME based comedian who has been performing thr oughout New England for about 6 years\, although he'd rather not count 2 020. It has been said that “he has a clear character” and “...a di stinct voice for dark humor.” He was a finalist in New England’s Bes t Bar Comic competition in 2017\, performed at Bricks and Bridges Comedy Fest 2019 and 2021\, and has competed in Last Comix Standing in 2020 an d 2021.\n\nCovid-19 Protocols:\n\nWe are very excited to be hosting live music shows again in our listening room.
