Join the rapidly expanding community of humans who are turning to sound vibrations as a way to dissolve stress, experience better quality sleep, reduce anxiety, improve mental focus and be in joy! Singer, sound healer and quantum health educator Helena Nash will sing and play instruments to help you drift away from daily life and float into peaceful connection. Along with Helena’s soulful voice, instruments may include singing bowls, Native American flute, guitar, solfeggio frequencies, gong, and more. A guided meditation will begin each sound healing event.
