  programs at MaineHousing that may be of interest to developers curious 
 about working in the affordable housing field. These programs have prove
 n successful with new development partners due to less stringent funding
  sources\, small project sizes\, and more overall flexibility. Join them
  in a conversation about these new programs as well as planned technical
  assistance resources for newer developers – all with an eye towards c
 reating new relationships and partnerships to help reduce Maine’s hous
 ing shortage.\n\nAdam S. Krea is MaineHousing’s Senior Director of Fin
 ance and Lending. Mr. Krea was most recently a Managing Director at Hill
 top Securities Inc. in Lincoln\, Rhode Island. He previously served as D
 eputy Director of MaineHousing from 2005 until 2012 and as Assistant Tre
 asurer of State of the State of Maine from 1998 until 2005. Mr. Krea rec
 eived his B.A. from Middlebury College.\n\nMark C. Wiesendanger is Maine
 Housing’s Director of Development and has been with MaineHousing since
  May 2016. Previously he was employed by HUD in Seattle\, Washington\, a
 nd Washington\, D.C. where he was appointed as a Presidential Management
  Fellow. Mr. Wiesendanger received a B.S. from the University of Souther
 n Maine and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.\n\nThe event is sponsored
