 of the DevelopME series of panel discussions organized to understand the
  roles and responsibilities of professionals engaged in development proj
 ects\, this session will cover a high-level overview of both tax strateg
 y/implication and provide insight and legal considerations when structur
 ing a real estate deal.\n\nMeet our Presenters:\n\nJim Cardosi is a tax 
 senior manager in Wipfli’s South Portland office and provides comprehe
 nsive tax services\, with a focus on self-employed individuals and small
  businesses.\n\nJason Howe is a Partner in Preti Flaherty’s Corporate 
 and M&amp\;A Practice Group and chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Fi
 nance Practice Group\, practicing primarily out of the firm’s Portland
  office.\n\nDevelopME Committee Co-chairs\, Matt Pitzer of Simpson Gumpe
 rtz &amp\; Heger and Gwen Hulit of US Bank will moderate the program.\n\
