DESCRIPTION:Interested in giving back and being part of a team that insp
 ires hope and healing?\n\nConsider volunteering as a facilitator at The 
 Center for Grieving Children! The Center is a non-profit organization th
 at provides a safe space for children and families to grieve together an
 d grow in hope and resiliency\, at no cost\, through peer support groups
 !\n\nFacilitators are the heart of the Center’s services and complete 
 a 30-hour virtual training to co-lead peer support groups with children\
 , teens and adults. Facilitators are asked to commit to a year of volunt
 eering\, which can be done virtually or in-person in either Sanford or P
 ortland. Volunteers will help one evening per week in either the Centerâ
 €™s Bereavement or Tender Living Care (TLC) programs and one afternoon d
 uring the academic year for the Intercultural program.\n\nThere is a gre
 at need for facilitators in the Bereavement Programs on Wednesday evenin
 gs in Sanford and virtually on Monday evenings.\n\nPlease reach out to v
