Portland Downtown Board of Directors Election – Vote Now!
Portland Downtown, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing Portland’s downtown district, is excited to announce that voting will open Saturday, June 1, 2024 for nine (9) seats on its volunteer Board of Directors. Here are the available positions:
- At-Large Property Owner (3 seats; 3-year terms for two seats, 2-year term for one seat)
- Accommodations Representative (1 seat; 3-year term)
- Cultural/Nonprofit/Education Representative (1 seat; 1-year term)
- Professional Services Representative (3 seats; 3-year terms for two seats, 2-year term for one seat)
- Entertainment Representative (1 seat; 3-year term)
Important: Only qualified voters can participate in Portland Downtown elections. Voting is conducted via Election Runner and will go live on June 1. If you’re eligible and haven’t received voting information, please contact us.
